Reporting Bugs

If you encounter a bug or issue while using College Tools, please follow these steps to report it:

Send an email to our support team: include as much detail as possible, including a description of the bug, steps to reproduce it, any error you may have received.

Our support team will review your report and work with our developers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

General Fixes

• In case the extension or any of its components fail to work, refresh the page by pressing CTRL + R on your keyboard.

• If the College Tools button is taking too long to load updating your Chrome browser to its latest version should solve the issue.

• Make sure you are running the latest version of the extension found on the Chrome Store, and if necessary, try removing and reinstalling it to resolve any persistent problems
